Because our products include perishable items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, we will gladly work with you to resolve any problems.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item

To qualify for a refund or replacement, issues must be reported within 1 day of delivery.

- Photos of issue
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request within 48 hours and provide the next steps.
β Non-Refundable Items
For safety and sanitation reasons, we cannot offer refunds or returns on:
- Opened or used food products
- Custom orders
- Sale/clearance items
- Products not purchased directly from Something Sweet Bake Shop

- If you receive a replacement instead of a refund
